Residential care centre Mandana in Genk is an open house and home where residents can stay comfortably and receive appropriate care.

For this innovative residential centre, resulting from a DBFM project, ComTIS Services is responsible for both architectural and technical maintenance for 15 years. In addition, ComTIS Services also takes care of the follow-up of the soft facilities, inspections and necessary reporting.
