In October 2023, Vanhout completed a unique top sports complex with wooden cycling track in Heusden-Zolder. This project was realised according to the DBM formula.

It concerns a top-class sports complex of 15,000m² with an Olympic-level wooden cycling track.

ComTIS Services relieves tasks from Sport Vlaanderen and takes care of all management and technical maintenance for a period of 15 years.
