Unique to the project, within the PPP formula, are the focus on sustainability and the implementation of a central ICT platform. ComTIS Services is responsible for the structural (roofs, facades, floors, interior) and full technical maintenance, the daily cleaning, as well as the support of the ICT platform and this for a period of 20 years.

The scope of this assignment includes not only preventive maintenance, but also corrective tasks, legal inspections and obligations, etc.

ComTIS Services takes care of the installations so that they operate in optimal conditions in terms of comfort, safety, environment, efficiency and energy consumption.
