De Kouter – The House of the Municipality – has a very distinctive appearance and a sustainable concept, making it a symbol of the progressiveness of the municipality of Herent in the immediate vicinity and even beyond, both in social, cultural, ecological, and economic terms.

ComTIS Services is responsible for the total tenant and owner maintenance (architectural and technical), including the operation of the administrative centre ‘De Kouter’ for the municipality of Herent. The maintenance, resulting from the periodic building inspections, is based on the NEN2767 standard.
