The Province of Antwerp owns a patrimony of about 600 buildings, together accounting for more than 600,000m² of floor space. ComTIS Services takes care of the structural maintenance for the Province of Antwerp to keep these buildings in good condition.

Under this framework agreement, ComTIS Services carries out +/- 1,200 calls per year and a comprehensive monthly report is drawn up on the quality of execution based on the various agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreement) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicator).
